Directeur de District - MontVR

Description du poste:
En tant que Directeur de District chez MontVR, vous serez responsable de superviser les opérations de plusieurs lieux de divertissement dans une zone géographique désignée. Vous veillerez à ce que chaque emplacement atteigne ou dépasse les normes de l’entreprise en matière de service à la clientèle, d’efficacité opérationnelle et de rentabilité. Vos principaux objectifs seront de stimuler la croissance des revenus, de maîtriser les coûts et de maintenir des niveaux élevés de satisfaction client dans tous les lieux.

Responsabilités:
1. Surveillance Opérationnelle : Fournir un leadership et des conseils aux Gérants de magasin de chaque emplacement pour assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes, la planification des horaires, la gestion des stocks et l’entretien des installations.

2. Gestion Financière : Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies pour maximiser les revenus, contrôler les dépenses et atteindre les objectifs de profit pour chaque lieu. Analyser les rapports de ventes et les indicateurs de performance pour identifier les domaines à améliorer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'actions si nécessaire.

3. Expérience Client : Surveiller et évaluer les retours et les scores de satisfaction des clients pour identifier des opportunités d’améliorer l’expérience client globale. Mettre en œuvre des initiatives pour stimuler l’engagement, la fidélité et les affaires répétées.

4. Développement des équipes : Recruter, former et développer des équipes performantes dans chaque lieu. Favoriser une culture d’excellence, de travail d’équipe et de responsabilité parmi tous les employés. Fournir un encadrement continu pour s’assurer que les membres du personnel sont équipés pour fournir un service exceptionnel.

5. Conformité et Sécurité : Veiller à la conformité avec toutes les politiques, procédures et réglementations de l’entreprise relatives à la santé, à la sécurité et à l’hygiène. Effectuer des inspections régulières et des audits pour maintenir des normes élevées de propreté et de sécurité dans tout le district.

6. Engagement Communautaire : Établir et entretenir des relations positives avec les communautés locales, les partenaires commerciaux et les parties prenantes. Représenter MontVR lors d’événements communautaires, de fonctions de réseautage et de rassemblements de l’industrie pour promouvoir la notoriété de la marque et soutenir les initiatives de développement commercial.

Qualifications:

- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, ou domaine connexe.
- 5 ans d’expérience en gestion multi-unités, de préférence dans les industries du divertissement, ou du commerce de détail.
- Un bilan éprouvé de réalisation des objectifs financiers et de promotion de l’excellence opérationnelle.
- Solides compétences en leadership avec la capacité d’inspirer et de motiver les équipes.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en résolution de problèmes.
- Connaissance des tendances de l’industrie, de la dynamique du marché et du paysage concurrentiel.
- Flexibilité pour voyager régulièrement dans le district désigné.
