**Role Responsibilities**:
- The Manager, Bow River Reservoir Options, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team.
- **In this position, you will co-ordinate activities that contribute to the timely delivery of an exciting and complex initiative exploring flood and drought mitigation options to reduce the impacts of severe weather events on Albertans and the economy.**
This initiative includes two distinct projects, requiring integrated delivery to enable appropriate linkages between them, and this position is a critical part of that integration.- The first project is looking at the feasibility of three major reservoir and dam options on the Bow River, upstream of Calgary, for mitigating the impacts of flood and drought. More information on this project can be found on our website:

The final deliverable from the broader team is a Cabinet Report to inform elected officials about which of the three dam options to pursue further, if any.- In support of this work, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day project administration of project activities. This includes ensuring completion of cross-cutting activities such as protocol preparation, report writing, and records management. Also, they will provide routine robust briefings to the Project Director, Project Managers and the project team. The Project Coordinator will respond frequently to dynamic timelines, schedules and planned activities according to changing project needs.
