**Project and Logistics Coordinator**

**Position: Electrical Project and Logistics Coordinator North Division**

**Location**: Edmonton

As the Electrical Project and Logistics Coordinator, you will be trained and supported working alongside existing project and administrative management teams. You will be responsible for coordinating logístical aspects of northern electrical projects, ensuring seamless operations and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Your primary responsibilities will include:

- **Project Coordination Support**: Assist project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics planning to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to onboarding and safety protocols.
- **Logistics Planning and Execution**: Coordination of transportation, procurement and delivery of materials, equipment and personnel to northern project sites in alignment with project schedules and budgetary constraints.
- **Client Communications**: Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project updates, issues, and resolutions, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Scheduling site access with clients, preparation of associated documentation, preparation of labor and material summaries for “As and When Contract” invoicing
- **Vendor and Supplier Coordination**: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to procure materials and services necessary for project execution and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project coordination within construction or related industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Cooperative spirit willing to perform a wide range of tasks to fulfill project needs
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and codes is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in problem solving and “out of the box” thinking

Pay: $47,810.61-$85,169.48 per year
