**About the role**

We're looking for a Marketing Leader to anchor Streamable's marketing team, building and professionalizing the team's go-to-market activities. This includes supporting everything from paid marketing, to community outreach, to content marketing and partnerships. You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering team as well as with cross-organization marketing teams to develop and execute the team's growth strategy. As an individual contributor to start, you will have a huge, quantifiable impact on the success of our product with new and existing customers.

We are looking for someone that is strategic and able to execute, has good organizational, written and verbal skills, and is able to identify growth opportunities and deliver them. As the marketing leader for this growing business, you're self-directed and comfortable with uncertainty and experimenting to discover new ways of working. Experience with a variety of marketing and go-to-market activities will be helpful given the breadth of ownership in the role and start-up experience will be helpful.

**How you'll make an impact**

You'll be collaborating with the Streamable team to make an impact across all key marketing and go-to-market activities.
- Content Marketing
- Build a content marketing strategy and execute the plan by copywriting /editing /publishing articles and other resources.
- Create videos for marketing material and edit them when needed.
- Work with support to prepare and write scripts for events and videos.
- Paid Marketing
- Experiment with, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on large platforms. like Google Ads and Meta Ads, and smaller platforms targeting customer niches.
- Manage a marketing budget, coordinate contractor support, paid advertising, sponsorships, and other paid GTM programs.
- Organic Traffic Development
- Build customer advocacy programs to increase growth from a large existing customer base.
- Use research done by the team to put findings into content, outreach, and partnerships.
- Track and measure SEO optimization alongside our technical team, develop backlinks, and incorporate keywords in content marketing.
- Social Media
- Active in social media communities, responding to YouTube, social media, and ad comments. Be part of our public face of Streamable with our customers.
- Build stories around the Streamable brand and make relevant content for video creators.
- Identify and manage relationships with thought leaders and influencers to promote Streamable's key value propositions.
- Partnerships
- Identify and develop partnerships to cross-promote Streamable with relevant video creators and toolkits
- Manage and grow the affiliate partnership program

**Who you are**:

- You are able to communicate a product vision and story across all marketing mediums.
- You have a strong knowledge and skills with go-to-market strategies. This role will include strategising and executing, you will wear many hats.
- You are a marketing generalist, willing to fill gaps in knowledge and learn quickly on the job.
- You're willing to act as an individual contributor and grow the marketing team with the business.
- You have strong copywriting and editing skills. You understand remote work. We are an international, distributed, and remote team. Ideally, you have experience with working remotely and understand how to navigate it.
- You thrive with ownership and excel when given the room to figure things out and deliver
- You are located between GMT
- 1 and GMT -6, or open to working those hours.
- Experience working with a video based product or working with creators would be highly desirable.
