Job Description:

The Field Service Ambassador supports business growth by strengthening account manager relationships, achieving cost-effective chemical field deliveries, and providing ongoing field-based support. This role helps aid key business opportunities for the Secure Energy Services Production Chemical business line in the Grande Prairie area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain inventory levels, order, and deliver products to sites as required.
  • Collect oil and gas samples for verification of Secure's chemical programs to customers.
  • Continuously assess customer service levels to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
  • Meet with customers to develop, foster, and nurture strong client relationships through ongoing contact and follow-up.
  • Determine current and future customer needs.
  • Learn new information and develop new strategies.
  • Provide weekly updates to sales, operations, and technical departments about customer activity and future plans.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Oil and Gas Production Chemicals (an asset).
  • Knowledge in Oil and Gas upstream production (an asset).
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites as needed.
  • Adherence to all Occupational Health and Safety standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and negotiation skills.
