**DEPARTMENT**: Product Build
**LOCATION**: Montreal
**SCOPE**: Ensure full implementation of criteria in system as relates to set-up and maintenance of supplier and hotel contracts within our reservation system.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Create supplier information in system as relates to details received from Product team
Input suppliers contract details in system as relates to services, categories, rates, accounting information, allotment and Contract revisions
Analysis and load promotions/rate reductions in system
Action queries as relates to rate/land requests for internal and external customers
Track rate breaks received from suppliers
Generate and analyse necessary reports for day-to-day operations for internal and external customers
Support Destination Services, RM, Accounting and Call Center on rate/inventory related inquiries
Set up testing as relates to quality assurance of product availability for all products
Build Adhoc services to support the business as required
Action and track suppliers stop sale, re-opens and change of cut off advisories as relates to inventory
Promote strong relationship with suppliers partners
Update system as relates to confirmation and/or cancellation numbers
Adjust the system following the instructions of the pop-ups related to Land task (except inventory/release) and report if required to supplier
Assist product assistants as relates to product modifications/updates
Secure rooms/transfers for special needs passengers as required
Ensure risk, protected allotments and fam rooms are accurately set up and tracked
Support Fraud Team to ensure fraudulent charges are revoked to prevent losses to ACV
Analyse seat vs room availability to ensure adequate inventory sellable to support
Work closely with the BI Team to create and /or enhance existing reports to support the business
Support weekend, holiday as well as extended business hours rotation
Perform other duties as may be assigned

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED**:
Diploma in tourism or equivalent
2 year minimum experience in tour operator
Must demonstrate accuracy, initiative, judgement and act in a confidential manner
Ability to communicate effectively - written and verbal
Knowledge of English and French, Spanish is an asset
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility to work overtime as required
Ability to work as a contributing member of a results-oriented team
