Under the authority of the Specialist Scheduling & Customer service, you are responsible for coordinating and administering sales of RTFT products, mainly the Titanium slag from the RTFT plant. You will be involved from customer forecasts & customer orders to ensure we have the right material produced to meet customer needs. You will be the direct link between customers and ensure the smooth flow of orders from start to finish.

The incumbent will work five days a week under the authority of the Specialist Scheduling & Customer service and will be responsible for:

- Direct contact with customers and sales offices.
- Important coordination link between the sales team, production, laboratory, logistics team, external warehouses, carriers, and other administrative services.
- Act as specialist in the follow-up of the production and shipping schedules.
- Update the SAP contracts, pricing files and track closely the actuals sales against the contracted volumes.
- Receipt of customer orders and follow-up with production and logistics to minimize the impact of variations that may occur.
- Review and approve vessels shipment requested by customers.
- Ensure that orders and invoicing are processed in accordance with contracts.
- Prepare all required shipping documentation for the vessel shipments.
- Monitor and manage the level of inventory of products intended for its clients.
- Prepare and analyse various statistical reports.

**To be successfully considered for this role, you will have**:

- ** **Bachelor's degree in administration or another related field.
- You have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in customer service, sales and logistics.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be taken into consideration.
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office / Excel suite at intermediate level.
- Experience with SAP system is an important asset.
- Experience with Letters of credit is an important asset.
- Good adaptability to manage exceptions and emergencies
- You are organized and methodical.
- You demonstrate a collaborative attitude, have initiative, rigor, dynamism, and creativity.

**Where you will be working**

***Our Sorel Sorel-Tracy metallurgical complex receives the raw ore and turns it into high-quality titanium dioxide feedstocks. The complex comprises five interrelated plants, of which two process the raw ilmenite and three turn out products ready for distribution. We also produce high-purity pig iron, steel billets and metal powders from the high-purity liquid iron extracted from the ilmenite ore.
