**Responsibilities**:
- Prospecting: cold calling
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Meet or exceed sales targets by month/month
- Maintain a high level of customer service with all customers
- Create Invoices for Facilities
- Follow up on accounts with potential customers to close the sale
- Add shifts in work app as they come.
- Track all sales in CRM system and update sales reports as needed.
- Help create a positive culture by following up with all customers, creating a positive relationship with your team members, supervisors, and leadership.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 2 years of experience in business development/sales preferred.
- Experience working with CRM database
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Type**: Full-time Salary: $31,000.00-$55,000.00 per year, plus commission

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Toronto **or **York region
