**YOUR ROLE**

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Accounting Clerk specializing in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue to join our dynamic team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility for remote work several days a week along with on-site responsibilities at our Surrey office.

As an integral member of our finance team, the Accounting Clerk will play a crucial role in overseeing accounting functions associated with Revenue, Accounts Receivable, and Intercompany billings for the GroupHealth Family of Companies (GHFoC). Reporting to Manager, Revenue and AR, the accounting clerk will maintain accurate financial records of all Revenue and Accounts Receivable transactions for GHFOC Companies.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- You will prepare and collect doctors invoicing.
- You will prepare LTD related invoices and support.
- You will review and follow up on collections and invoicing.
- You will post cash payments and bank deposits into GP for all entities.
- You will coordinate with the Client Services for invoicing and statements.
- Other duties as required by Team Lead/Manager/Director of Finance and CFO

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Within the first 3 months you will:_
- Obtain an understanding of the Revenue and receivables accounting functions of Disability Management Institute, CDAT and potentially other entities including affiliate partners.
- Import Daily Invoices, Payments and complete voids as necessary.
- Prepare Claims and Payments postings for TPA entities.
- Prepare DMI monthly contract services invoicing.
- Within the first 6 months you will:_
- Follow up and Reconcile AR entities aging reports
- Complete month end reconciliations and reporting for DMI and TPA entities.
- Prepare Advise to Pay invoices for DMI
- Assist the Team Lead, Revenue & AR with any adhoc requests

**THIS IS YOU**
- You have a completed diploma or post secondary degree in Accounting.
- You have 1+ years' experience in a similar or accounting role.
- You have MS Excel experience and ability to adapt to new software.

**YOUR COMPENSATION**

At the time of this posting, the estimated annual base salary pay range for this position is $42,000-$48,000. Individual compensation within this range is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and education/training. This range reflects the annual base salary only pay and does not encompass our comprehensive total rewards, benefits, and potential bonuses that we proudly offer.
