We are currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk at our Head Office if Surrey. If your skills and and experience are what we are looking for, please send us your resume. We look forward to hearing from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Full cycle accounts receivable.
- Follow company/department procedures/policies.
- Ensure payments and credits are applied accurately and in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Sales Department.
- Investigate and reconcile customer deductions.
- Analyze customer aging reports and communicate issues to manager promptly.
- Ensure paperwork is accurately organized and filed.
- Work with a team of AR Clerks.
- Cover holiday/sick days as required.
- Other various related duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- 2 years previous accounts receivable experience.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as, has an attention to detail and accuracy.
