**What We’re Looking For**

The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be a key driver in establishing, developing, and fostering key Canada-India and other country partnerships to support inbound student ecosystems to impact TOEFL score users in Canada positively. The partnerships will involve a mix of education and migration agents and national and regional partners in private and public sectors that support the Canadian higher education market and international student mobility. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will provide education and agent engagement strategies and market intelligence to internal stakeholders at ETS, working collaboratively to execute plans. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will also plan outreach activities and contribute to other ETS and ETS Canada initiatives to drive TOEFL volume and influence the Canada-bound international student community, in addition to working inclusively with strategic partners to implement sustainable partnerships and ensure that they are equipped with information and resources to promote ETS test products. A solid understanding of English language requirements for study and migration and experience working in the international education sector with expertise to navigate the intersection of students, institutions and agent stakeholders’ groups will be a considerable asset to fulfilling these responsibilities.
- **Essential Requirements**_
- Demonstrated experience in the international education sector
- Experience working with and cultivating agent partnerships and relationships
- A degree in business, marketing, education, international relations or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience that has enabled you to market effectively
- A talent for creative thinking, strategizing and problem-solving
- Demonstrated experience working within complex organizations and competing stakeholder groups
- Results oriented and self-motivated
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships, both internally and externally
- Strategic thinker combined with the ability to be pragmatic and practical
- Capacity to work across international time zones, with periodic meetings outside regular working hours to engage with teams in Canada, the USA, and South Asia
- **Other Requirements**_
- Experience working in the international education sector and experience navigating the intersection of students, institutions, and agent stakeholder groups
- An excellent communicator with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including at senior levels and with a highly diverse group of partners
- An understanding of English language requirements for study and migration
- Experience with the end-to-end journey of international students from enquiry to graduation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in delivering insightful reports and data analysis
- A natural enthusiasm for marketing, partnership development, stakeholder engagement and the ability to think strategically
- An ability to work independently with mínimal day-to-day supervision
- Experience in undergraduate, graduate or business school admissions is desired
- Bilingual in French/English is a plus
