- These hours can vary depending on the operational requirements of the program
- Mount Carmel Clinic operates out of multiple locations; you may be required to work in other areas

**Position Summary**

As a member of a Primary Health Team, the Resource Coordinator is accountable to the Manager of Primary Health. The incumbent supervises and ensures the efficient delivery of services to Mount Carmel Clinic clients by coordinating Medical Clerks in accordance with the CUPE Facility Collective Agreement, program standards and policies of Mount Carmel Clinic

**Qualifications**

**Education**
- Recognized post-secondary certificate and/or diploma in a health services or social sciences field required.

**Skills, Expertise and Experience**
- Previous experience supervising staff, preferably in a unionized environment, is required.
- Proficiency in computerized systems (windows environment, word processors, spreadsheets and databases including Accuro, and HRIS systems).
- Previous experience scheduling staff in work assignments.
- Related experience in a healthcare field
