**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging curriculum and workshop materials tailored to the needs of LGBTQ2S+ youth.
- Deliver workshops and presentations to community agencies, schools, and other relevant organizations.
- Engage with LGBTQ2S+ youth to promote participation in programs and services offered by the Youth Wellness Hub London-Middlesex.
- Address challenges and issues specific to LGBTQ2S+ youth, such as discrimination, mental health, and access to resources.
- Identify and collaborate with community partners to enhance support services for LGBTQ2S+ youth.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops and presentations, including room bookings, materials preparation, and communication with participants.

**Qualifications**:

- University Degree or minimum 2-year College Diploma in human /social services/education from an accredited institution, teaching or facilitation certification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with a diverse population, including persons from diverse cultural backgrounds, LGBTQ2S+ groups, and youth.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet program needs including evenings and weekends.
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check for youth populations.
- Suicide Prevention, Crisis Intervention, and Prevention Training (PMAB or CPI) is an asset.
- First Aid Certification is considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $23.08 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed
