**Responsibilities + Tasks**

We are looking to add a Shipping Administrator to our Team. Someone who would be responsible shipping product to our customers in a timely, safe and efficient manner. You will also assist with picking, packing, receiving and inspection of goods, building displays, cycle counts and keeping a clean and organized warehouse. You will also be helping the dealer support team with customer focused projects such as returned goods and credit notes. You must have excellent numeracy skills, be able to work as part of a team and be detail oriented.
- Process pick tickets into packing slips through our ERP ensuring accurate shipping information is entered
- Prioritize orders based on urgency
- Creating waybills with Loomis, UPS, Purolator and Canada Post for smaller packages
- Creating waybills and scheduling pick up with LTL couriers (Rosenau, Overland West, Day & Ross, Vitran, Manitoulin etc)
- Oversee all the scheduled delivery appointments and ensure they leave at the correct date
- Prepare pallets for shipping (weight, dimensions and shrink wrap on automatic wrapper machine)
- Allocate rush or customer pick up orders to the picking team
- Occasionally help load drivers or unload containers

- Strong numeracy skills

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)**
- Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase order receipt
- Internal Errors are kept below 2% of packing slips
- Committed Order Value is below 10% of Monthly Sales Amounts
- Invoicing with tracking information is completed daily
- Fill rate is above 95%
- Inbound goods are received and inspected within 48 hours of receipt
- Paperwork is concise and accurate

**Profile**
- Warehouse experience an asset
- Forklift Certification is an asset
- Safety training or other OH+S training is an asset
- English language skills required, French language skills an asset
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to required
- A desire to learn and grow

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
