- Assist in maintaining office equipment and supplies
- Support the implementation of office procedures and policies
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations
- Handle phone systems and direct calls appropriately
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks within an office environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Google Suite or similar office software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills for customer support and internal coordination
- Familiarity with file management and record-keeping systems
- Knowledge of basic phone systems for call handling
