**Key Responsibilities**:

- Excel in building rapport and creating a strong therapeutic alliance
- Provide client-focused, compassionate therapy utilizing evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and current case notes, documentation, and reports
- Demonstrate proficiency in interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Participate in monthly collaborative clinical consultations
- Respond to client inquiries promptly
- Demonstrate flexibility to meet client needs

**Requirements**:

- Current Province of Manitoba license as an MSW, MMFC and CCC
- Minimum of 12 hours per week availability for part-time positions
- 2 years post-independent licensure is advantageous
- Prior private practice experience is a plus
- Successful completion of Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Search, Adult Abuse Registry Check, and Child Abuse Registry Check.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW), CCC or MMFT
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly skilled in connecting with clients and quickly forming a therapeutic alliance
- Excellent ability to engage the client in treatment
- Proficient in tuning to the client, using curiosity and unconditional positive regard
- Good knowledge of clinical assessment and treatment models
- Ability to problem-solve complex situations and manage sensitive issues
- Knowledge of a range of intervention modalities
- Experience working with diverse populations and presenting issues
- Exceptional desire to keep learning new skills as a therapist
- Registration with your professional college.
- Must have practice liability insurance.
