**Salary Range**:$66,697 - $83,372 - $100,046 (Typical hiring range: $70,000 - $80,000)

The **Program Lead** supports the planning and delivery of HEC’s programs, collaborative education and improvement initiatives; conducts literature reviews and environmental scans, evaluation, and analysis (including data analysis and interpretation); prepares reports, briefing notes, and other program documents; and coordinates meetings and events.

The Strategic Initiatives and Program team is responsible for identifying and developing initiatives, and programming in alignment with HEC’s strategy, priority themes and lines of business. This position will directly support the Improving Equity in Access to Palliative Care (IEAPC) collaborative. IEAPC is a 4-year collaborative (2022-2026) which is supporting over 20 communities to create measurable improvement in access to palliative care for individuals experiencing homeless or vulnerable housing. This program has a strong health equity focus within the strategic focus area of care closer to home and community. This position will serve as a general support to the collaborative and participating teams and will provide substantial support related to the design and delivery of program curriculum (including virtual and in-person workshops).

Your core responsibilities include:

- Works with partners and team members to design and deliver program curriculum, including both virtual and in-person workshops.
- Conducts regular analyses of team participation and deliverables including attending webinars and education sessions to monitor and respond to collaborative teams.
- Supports the project management of HEC’s programs, including design and delivery of project timelines, milestones, activities, tracking, and monitoring to ensure proper follow up and completion of deliverables.
- Analyzes, synthesizes, and/or creates summary report of deliverables submitted by the collaborative project teams.
- Participates on team coaching and program faculty calls; maintains meeting minutes with concise summaries and action items.
- Updates, maintains, and monitors the electronic platform of resources available to collaborative teams that support their improvement efforts to ensure information is current and to stimulate conversation across the teams.
- Assists with the development of improvement resources, products and tools that facilitate the delivery of HEC’s improvement approach to its improvement teams and partners.

**Education and experience you will need to have:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare improvement, health policy, public health, epidemiology, community health, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years progressive experience is required.
- Bilingual in French and English is required (French communication skills at Advanced “C” level required).
