Premium Hub Center of Expertise (CoE), qui fait partie de SAP Success Delivery Center, a pour objectif et mission de garantir des performances optimales, la disponibilité et le bon fonctionnement des logiciels SAP, ainsi que d’optimiser les processus techniques et de gestion.

**Résumé**:
En tant que consultant en processus de gestion, vous analyserez les solutions SAP pour nos clients du secteur public au Canada et présenterez les résultats de vos recherches, ainsi que vos recommandations, aux responsables informatiques et cadres dirigeants.

Pour ce poste, nous recherchons un expert en HCM/SuccessFactors passionné, expérimenté et doté d’excellentes compétences techniques et de communication. À ce poste, vous aurez l'opportunité d’utiliser divers produits et technologies SAP dans tous les segments du secteur. Comme nous fournissons des services directement sur les sites de nos clients, les déplacements professionnels seront un volet essentiel de ce poste.

**Expérience**:

- Savoir répertorier les exigences dans les domaines de processus comme HCM/SuccessFactors et créer les grandes lignes des technologies futures. Savoir développer une feuille de route de solutions et une approche d’implémentation par étapes pour atteindre les objectifs stratégiques dans la solution HCM/SuccessFactors.
- Jouer le rôle d’un expert dans l’adoption par le client du portefeuille de solutions SAP, en particulier dans les domaines de la HCM et de Success Factors. Transformer les exigences en livrables d'architecture de solution détaillés pour les initiatives stratégiques au sein du domaine fonctionnel confié.
- Effectuer des tâches pratiques relatives à la configuration système, etc. Documenter les exigences métier, les flux de processus de gestion, les spécifications fonctionnelles et les conceptions de solution.
- Effectuer des contrôles de faisabilité technique pour les nouvelles activités d’implémentation SAP et analyser l’architecture technique planifiée afin de garantir qu’elle peut prendre en charge la charge attendue de processus de gestion, par exemple en matière de dimensionnement et de débit, ainsi que les exigences métier des clients SAP; et vérifier la compatibilité avec la solution de chaque composant logiciel pendant et après une implémentation technique majeure.

**Formation/compétences**:

- 5 ans minimum d’expérience dans SAP SuccessFactors et la gestion de la paie au Canada requise
- Connaissances approfondies des techniques d’intégration SAP SuccessFactors
- Expérience avec SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central souhaitée
- Excellentes compétences à l’écrit et à l’oral en anglais, avec la capacité à interagir efficacement avec les cadres dirigeants et les clients à tous les niveaux, en interne et en externe
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à prendre la responsabilité des tâches confiées
- Expérience dans un ou plusieurs langages de programmation (par ex. ABAP, Java, C++)
