**Résumé des fonctions**

**Leadership des équipes**
- Se concentre sur les communications et favorise la collaboration en fournissant régulièrement des mises à jour aux équipes sur les initiatives en cours et en encourageant les équipes à travailler ensemble pour atteindre des objectifs et un apprentissage communs
- Crée et permet un environnement de travail positif et engageant en veillant à ce que les forces individuelles soient découvertes et exploitées grâce à des conversations fréquentes et ciblées - collabore, coache et établit des liens avec les employés
- S'associe aux RH pour apporter de nouveaux talents à l'organisation en déterminant les compétences et les rôles qui seront nécessaires à l'avenir et en prenant des décisions d'embauche réfléchies favorisant la diversité
- Fournit une expérience d'intégration positive et accueillante à tous les nouveaux employés en s'assurant qu'ils ont accès aux outils et aux ressources nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences de leur travail
- Reconnaît les jalons des employés (récompenses de service, départs à la retraite, etc.) ainsi que les contributions importantes et les responsabilités accrues
- Participe à la planification de la relève en contribuant au cycle annuel d'examen des talents et en identifiant les employés ayant le potentiel d'évoluer dans les filières managériales et techniques
- Crée un plan de développement des compétences pour l'équipe et soutient le développement des employés en ayant des conversations de carrière régulières avec tous les employés (documentées et suivies) et en les aidant à atteindre leurs objectifs de carrière
- S'assure que les connaissances sont préservées par le biais de formations croisées, de sessions de type lunch & learn, etc., pour les ensembles de compétences clés dans l'équipe et au sein de l'organisation (transfert de connaissances)
- Gère le rendement des employés en s'assurant que les employés qui ne répondent pas aux attentes sont identifiés et soutenus tout au long du processus d'amélioration du rendement
- Dirige une équipe de 10 à 20 employés à temps plein et d'environ 0 à 5 consultants (selon les besoins)

**Direction technique**
- Examiner les décisions de conception, les plans techniques et les conceptions fonctionnelles (conception technique de bas niveau) en s'assurant que l'équipe est alignée sur les modèles existants et les documents d'architecture de solution
- Effectue des présentations techniques de la haute direction
- Supporte les activités de transfert de nouvelles solutions aux équipes de support opérationnel (T2C) et supporte et supervise les contrôles de changement effectués par l'équipe
- Prend en charge la stratégie de déploiement/migration et guide l'équipe de projet et les opérations
- Collabore avec les clients internes de l'équipe pour saisir les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles
- S'assure que les documents de solution d'équipe (conceptions de solution, instructions de déploiement, procédures de test, rapports de test, etc.) sont remplis conformément aux modèles/normes avec un haut niveau de qualité.

**Leadership en matière d'exécution de projets et d'innovation technologique**
- Participe avec les chefs de produits pour définir la feuille de route (matériel et logiciel) en fonction de la stratégie du CN et des besoins technologiques en I&T
- En collaboration avec l'équipe de projet, participe au cadrage du projet, aux estimations, etc., en étroite collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes
- Soutient les chefs de projet pendant la phase de livraison du projet et aide à éliminer les obstacles
- Prend en charge l'équipe POC/POT en laboratoire pour tester de nouvelles solutions, configurations et logiciels
- Travaille avec l'équipe d'approvisionnement et avec les fournisseurs/partenaires pour résoudre les problèmes et répondre aux exigences actuelles et à venir
- Développe des partenariats solides avec les équipes d'architecture, de livraison et d'exploitation pour fournir des commentaires sur les défis/lacunes de déploiement
