**Job Summary**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Contribute to technical proposals, specifications, and requirements
- Contribute to technical diagrams and documentation for the solution
- Understand integration points between different systems and highlight the potential risks associated with the delivery of solutions
- Establish test plans, conduct tests and log results
- Establish deployment strategy and guide project team and operations
- Lead and execute installations, upgrades, configurations and maintenance of network infrastructure and remote devices
- Lead problem investigation, follow-up on resolution and perform preventive maintenance tasks
- Work with the team to define, develop and implement appropriate automated processes and solutions to optimize day-to-day support activities
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and correct vulnerabilities and bugs
- Participate in project analysis and planning phase to estimate effort and build activity plan
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors as necessary

**Practice Evolution**
- Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of tools and technologies for existing and future business needs
- Transition to operations: update documentation, training and presentation
- Contribute to product roadmap
- Contribute to integration processes and procedures continuous improvement

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of overall work experience
- Knowledge of project delivery, Agile and waterfall, Continuous Improvements and CI/CD
- Knowledge in designing, configuring, and deploying systems

**Education/Certification/Designation**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or work experience

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and Visio)
- Knowledge of Azure
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge managing Operating Systems (e.g. Linux Redhat)
- Knowledge of working with databases: Oracle and Postgres
- Knowledge of REST (APIs) Web Services
- Knowledge of source control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
- Knowledge of coding languages C#, Python, Java scripts, MVC, Ansible
