We are looking for a Systems Administrator at our Walker Head Office location in Niagara.

**The Opportunity**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Identity and access management (Active Directory, Oracle Fusion and Oracle OTM). Responsible for creating, modifying and decommissioning user accounts.
- Responsible for configuration, maintenance and reliable operation of the VMware production and disaster recovery environments.
- Manages the Asset and Helpdesk system (Lansweeper) including the development of corporate Knowledgebase.
- Assists with activities related to cybersecurity awareness training and phishing campaigns.
- Supports the Network Administrator with the implementation of operating system patches for known vulnerabilities in accordance with the corporate patching policy.
- Follows helpdesk policies and procedures and provides timely responses to incidents assigned. If necessary, escalates incidents to the appropriate resource for advice and resolution.
- Assists team with new acquisition-related activities including setup, configuration and onboarding.
- Keeps abreast of the latest professional trade information and security vulnerabilities.

**Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required**
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server - DHCP, DNS, File Shares and Group Policy.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange server administration and mail filtering.
Experience with Active Directory infrastructure
- AD replication/DNS troubleshooting, event log monitoring, OU maintenance, demotion & removal of domain controllers/DNS/DHCP of servers, promoting DCs
- Advanced knowledge of virtualization - VMware and associated principals.
- Familiarity with IT security vulnerabilities and risk management.
- Familiarity with managing roles, users and access within Oracle Fusion and OTM modules.
- Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Must possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to multi-task in a team environment.
- Ability to provide timely resolution for all end-user requests and root cause analysis for issues.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and verbally, with key stakeholders, leadership, team members, customers and vendors.
