**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. **Job description**:
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our **Information Systems & Digital **team in** **Montreal**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as **Change Manager**.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project goals
- Assess change readiness and develop change management plans to mitigate resistance and increase adoption
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that end-users are prepared for changes
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of change management activities and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage and maintain documentation related to change management activities
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices
- Ensure that SAP changes are managed effectively and efficiently
- Communicate with stakeholders about upcoming changes and address any concerns or questions they may have

**Qualifications**:

- PROSCI certification is required
- Strong background in change management, with experience in SAP change management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
