This internship runs from June-August 2024.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an End-User Technology Intern. The intern will play a crucial role in assisting with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and refreshing of corporate laptops, providing an opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end IT operations. It is an ideal learning opportunity to become proficient in various aspects of IT within a financial services organization.

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user technologies, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues reported by employees.- Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating technical solutions to non-technical individuals.- Document and track technical support requests, resolutions, and feedback to maintain a knowledge base for future reference.- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in end-user technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.- Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in end-user technologies to provide proactive support and recommendations.

An active thinker and doer who is motivated to make things happen and find ways to do things better.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality support and maintaining accurate documentation.- Solid written and verbal communication and attentive listening skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical individuals.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.- Prior experience or coursework in IT support or related fields is preferred.- Basic understanding of end-user technologies, including Windows operating systems, hardware components, and troubleshooting techniques.- Passionate about working in an evolving and agile IT function.
