TTI is currently looking to welcome a UX Intern

**_
Co-op Term is Flexible:_**
- Minimum_ 4 months starting in September 2023 with a possibility of extension to an ongoing full-time/part-time intern role._
- Hybrid Role: 2-3 days in office + work from home**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed competitor analysis to understand product features, user interface, and overall user experience.
- Participate in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes and prototypes for new features or improvements.
- Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
- Assist in conducting usability tests, interpreting results, and suggesting design improvements.
- Collaborate with the product team, including product managers, developers, and other designers.
- Assist in maintaining design systems, user personas, and other design documentation.
- Help analyze user data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support product launches, including preparing launch materials and gathering user feedback post-launch.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in a recognized post-secondary co-operative education program (REQUIRED).
- Attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Can speak mandarin for easier communication with China team (not required)
