The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the logístical operations of the company. Responsibilities include facilitating inventory fulfillment processes and managing the handling, dispatch, and receipt of samples across various departments.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Coordinate and monitor Logistics operations for sample, order, and inventory
- Maintain comprehensive daily records of all shipment information and documents on ERP system (Netsuite)
- Generating shipping labels and coordinating with couriers; utilize logistics tools including UPS/DHL/Canada Post etc.
- Coordinate with a sales team and project coordinator to arrange shipping for samples
- Preparing samples for outbound shipments and inspecting incoming sample shipments
- Maintaining in-office inventory
- Other duties, as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Working towards post-secondary degree/diploma in business administration, commerce, economics, logistics and transportation, supply chain management, or equivalent combination of education & experience
- One (1) to three (3) years in a professional environment, logistics or supply chain experience considered an asset
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite required
- Self-driven and proactive
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dedicated and highly accountable
- Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace

**Other Factors We May Consider**
- Excellent understanding of logistics and shipping concepts is an asset
- Proficiency with UPS/DHL/FedEx software and websites is an asset
- Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite) is an asset
