**Tittle: Technical Systems Analyst with Finance / Tax background**

**Location: Remote ( USA / Canada )**

**Need to be flexible for CST/PST time zones**
- **Hands-on in SQL is a must**:

- **Must write complex SQLs, generate reports and build visualizations**:

- **Preferred/Basic understanding of Payments/Finance/Tax Industry Background**:

- **GCP ( Big Query) exposure and project experience is a big plus**:

- Having Hadoop knowledge/experience is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Good in documenting the requirements
- Experience in working with both agile & waterfall methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and present outcomes in a way for management team to easily comprehend results
- Ability to gather, analyze, prioritize and present requirements
- Should be a fast learner and must be able to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships and influence to create a positive outcome
- Must possess strong written & verbal communication skills
- Having scripting & coding experience is a plus

**Product Owner Responsibilities**:

- The Product Owner will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle including: gathering and prioritizing product requirements and working closely with business stakeholders, partner product teams & technical teams. Product owner is expected to deliver Functional Specification Document, Source to Target mapping, Technical design document

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6-12 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SQL: 10 years (required)
- Financial services: 3 years (required)
- Big Query: 3 years (required)
