Job OverviewAs a Technical Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with our development team to implement new solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with our development team to implement new solutions and improve existing systems.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure system uptime and performance.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
This is a full-time position, 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technical problem-solving.
