Job Description

Job Title: IT Systems Analyst - Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Marlabs Innovations Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing operational support and ongoing development of our global financial applications systems and surrounding interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute towards the development of our financial systems products according to supplied design and direction.
  • Develop, test, and document modules conforming to analysis and design specification in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Design and develop database and application programming in the technologies used by the team.
  • Troubleshoot, develop, test, and document as necessary in accordance with existing procedures.
  • Work under deadlines, contribute towards projects, communicate, and operate effectively in a team environment.
  • Be involved in forward planning future upgrades, developing and testing new product releases, and proactively identifying and rectifying inherent product inefficiencies and areas of service risk.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Experience of Oracle Fusion Financials, particularly with modules like General Ledger, Fixed assets, Cash management, Accounts Receivable, Fusion Tax, and Fusion Accounting Hub.
  • Knowledge of Oracle's AIM methodology, SQL, C#, Web and RESTful API consumption and integration, database data design and querying, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience using source/version control software and knowledge of Credit Force software and SAP Concur.
  • Background in accountancy with appropriate qualifications (ACCA/CPA).
