**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the BPO and Stream Leads in maintaining the project schedule, as it relates to deployment activities.
- Work with the printer vendor Project Manager on deployment scheduling, tracking, reporting, and site completion/sign off.
- Work with the BPO to collect, organize and report on key project metrics and dashboards.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze project data from a variety of sources to identify issues and/or risks, and establish recommendations to mitigate or correct them, as they relate to deployment activities.
- Maintain the SharePoint project collaboration site, including user access/permissions, team calendar, deliverables log, issue log, risk log, action log, document libraries, etc.
- Support continuous process improvement.
- Record and issue meeting minutes, action items and decisions.
- Create and deliver deployment related presentations/reports to the BPO.
- Ensure compliance with the Program & Project Delivery Methodology, as required.
- Assist the BPO in other initiative related activities as required.

**Experience and Qualification**
- Have 3+ years experience providing project management or IT related deployment support, including:

- Project schedule maintenance and reporting.
- Project status reporting and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinating deployment activities and managing a multi-site IT deployment schedule.
- Have solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
- Able to manage internal and external partners and vendors.
- Have solid risk and schedule management skills.
- Have strong ability to prioritize tasks, especially in situations with competing requirements.
- Have excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Have excellent, clear, and concise communication skills and proficient writing skills for the preparation of reports and project correspondence.
