Greely, Canada Inflector Environmental Services Full time

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Take ownership for efficiently leading the entire completion of complex bid processes
- Interpret client contracts and analyze complex drawings and specifications including architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings
- Assemble accurate, well-organized estimates on time following proper processes and procedures with materials and equipment required for job completion
- Support databases including labour rates, material pricing, and project costs
- Distribute sub-trade quotes to personnel
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, operations, as well as other project team members to resolve any technical issues throughout the planning and development, negotiation, and execution of contracts
- Continue to monitor project success throughout, noting potential challenges
- Flag areas of concern and coordinate with management to accommodate any risk within the bid price
- Build relationships with sub-trades for future opportunities
- Scheduling and attending job showings, site visits, and client meetings as required
- Participating in presentation of estimates/proposals to senior management
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Valid Canadian residency and/or work permit
- Minimum 2-3 years of estimation experience overseeing a progressive range of project sizes and complexities
- Valid driver’s license
- Background in the construction industry, either through education or relevant experience
- Proficient ability to understand tender specifications and documentation to prepare estimates that properly reflect scope of work
- Experience with different estimation software (Planswift experience considered an asset)
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and re-prioritize as necessary
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management competence to attentively balance project bids and ensure all deliverables completed on time
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Professional manner and excellent communication interpersonal skills to bridge gaps and build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient English-language skills, French bilingualism considered an asset

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
