**Job Description**:
Job Summary:
To help support our continued growth, Mariner Innovations is recruiting a Billing and OSS/BSS System Integrator. In this role, you will be responsible for seamlessly integrating and maintaining billing and OSS/BSS systems. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize these systems, ensuring smooth operations and accurate billing processes.

**Responsibilities**:
Integrate and configure billing and OSS/BSS systems.

Implement billing and OSS/BSS solutions, ensuring data flow and functional integration.

Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements and design system architecture.

Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to ensure reliable system performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integration, data synchronization, and functionality.

Evaluate and recommend system upgrades and enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor and optimize system performance to achieve efficient billing and operations.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in billing and OSS/BSS systems.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and operational procedures.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in integrating and maintaining billing and OSS/BSS systems in the telecommunications industry.

Proficiency in programming languages, databases, and web services relevant to billing and OSS/BSS systems.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.

Solid project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet project timelines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in billing and OSS/BSS systems.

Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and quickly learn new tools and technologies.

Certifications or training in billing and OSS/BSS systems and related technologies are a plus.
