**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new process document and update existing ones
- Perform configuration, operations and other related tasks on the Billing system
- Manage incidents and requests in the team and ensure resolution within the service level agreement
- Support the delivery of key technology projects and other business initiatives

**Requirements**:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- Application support experience
- Previous telecommunication working experience is considered an asset
- Configurations Management and Process Flow experience is preferred
- Must have Strong analytic and deductive reasoning skills
- Must be self-motivated and work with mínimal supervision
- Effective in identifying, preventing and solving problems as necessary in an ever-changing environment
- Creative in developing solutions to business problems, and willing to consider non-traditional lines of thinking
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Demonstrate solid judgement
- Leadership and decision making skills
- Promote a positive work environment and understand the value of teamwork
