This role supports professional services and technical solution delivery to a range of customers. As part of the Client Solutions team, this role will support the deployment and configuration of software to meet customer requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support customer implementation projects, ensuring that solutions involving multiple technologies work as a whole, to provide the desired functionality.
- Act as a technical escalation point for customer projects.
- Prioritize conflicting requests and balance concurrent projects, including escalations to leadership as required.
- Collaborate regularly with the Smile Digital Health’s other customer-facing teams (Project Management, Support, Account Managers, Customer Success).
- Support RFI/RFP responses and evaluation.
- Provide technical mentorship to team members.
- Accountable for ensuring that all working hours are accurately reported in Netsuite on a daily or weekly basis, that the majority of (if not all) hours are tracked as billable and that the project management tool in Netsuite is properly and fully utilized.
- Tracking and reporting of billable hours is a critical aspect of project management and delivery to our customers and this is a major area of accountability.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of system integration experience on enterprise scale projects (e.g. deployment into complex customer data center environments) combined with broad technology experience in a related field or sector (IT healthcare or health insurance industry)
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience (Java preferred but not required) along with working knowledge of:

- Databases (Intermediate to Advanced queries. Tuning of queries, basic data modeling)
- Public Cloud eg. AWS, GCP, and/or Azure with hands on experience deploying intermediate to complex environments
- Security and federation frameworks, in particular: OAuth, OpenID, SAML etc.
- Solution and Technical architecture
- Post secondary education in a related field such as Health Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem recognition and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, prioritization, and organization skills environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - leading meetings, documenting your ideas and persuading others will be a core part of this role.
