Project Manager with implementation expertise to support the IMS Replacement project and rollout the new solution to its integrated service teams across the province.**Responsibilities**:
Under the guidance of the Project Sponsor (Director, IT Services) you will be responsible for the planning and performing a broad range of activities, including but not limited to:

- reporting overall status of project, risks and issues;
- collaborating closely with technical, training and implementation leads to ensure project remains on track and implementation risks and issues are mitigated and resolved;
- designing, implementing and executing a phased implementation rollout plan in order to facilitate a successful transition by client’s staff
- leading the development and implementation of the change management plan;
- providing assistance as required in the preparation and delivery of training to internal and external stakeholders;
- assisting the project team in the collection and validation of feedback provided by both staff for presentation to the IT development team;
- communicating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders to support implementation readiness;
- providing other direction and support as necessary in connection with the rollout of the product; and
- undertaking other ad-hoc or equivalent duties as mutually agreed.

**Qualifications**:

- PMP Certification required
- A minimum of 7 years demonstrated experience in project management and successful project delivery
- Demonstrated strong experience with project management methodology
- A minimum of 5 years experience in change management, business mapping and/or process redesign
- Experience in large, complex CRM systems implementations
- Experience in social services and/or public sector or equivalent experience in large and complex private sector organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts in a manner tailored to the intended audience
- Excellent planning, organizational and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent creative problem solver with a proactive approach
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, anticipate potential problems and take prompt pre-emptive actions if required
- Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
- MS Office and Visio skills
- Change Management qualification would be an advantage
