**How will you make an impact?**

As the Accounts receivable Representative II, you will be responsible for supporting the Collectors on achieving company goals. Focus on key goals like days sales outstanding, bad debt reserve and aging bucket goals.

**What will you do?**
- Preparing customer account maintenance.
- PST/GST Adjustments (month end).
- Preparing Payment Demand Letters.
- Sending accounts to 3rd party.
- Updating the bad debt reserve l & special terms list.

**How will you get here?**

Education and Experience:

- Minimum College Diploma in Business/Accounting
- 0 - 1 year of related experience preferably in accounts receivable
- Intermediate level MS Excel skills, strong overall PC skills
- Ability to work independently but also within a team environment with a dedication to excellence and a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Stong keyboarding and typing skills
