ADGA is currently looking for a “Technical Writer” to support a defence project in Halifax
- Technical writing, creative writing, communications, data analysis, and experience working with Agile teams.
- You will need to hold a valid Secret level government clearance due to contract requirements.

Tasks include, but not limited to:

- Script learning activities for the Virtual Fleet and other learning tools.
- Corollate and summarize test results.
- General software documentation.
- Other related tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- You must already hold a valid Secret level 2 PSPC/Government clearance.
- Must be available to go on-site (Halifax office** - client location**) as and when required, considered a hybrid role.
- Contract length **is asap thru 31 March 2025 **(possible extension)
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the last 5 years performing at _least 4 out of the 6 tasks_ listed below:

- with documentation which would include help text, user manuals, training materials, technical documentation, and with page content.
- conducting reviews, establishing documentation standards, and existing project documentation.
- gathering information concerning the features and functions provided by automated information systems from users and system developers.
- preparing and coordinating any required illustrations and diagrams.
- designing the layout of manuals and preparing final camera-ready copy.
- preparing training materials.
