**Overview**:
Greenhouse is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Production Team. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities both on and off the truck in the facility. The incumbent is responsible to ensure that inventory is always organized and the warehouse is kept clean and orderly.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Receives all incoming ingredients, packaging materials and dry goods including high level quality inspection of raw materials against standard
- Ensures that all outbound deliveries are properly loaded and accurate, completing and submitting all paperwork on time
- Maintains all logs and documentation for the warehouse required under the SQF food safety program
- Documents and records quantities of all incoming ingredients in Dear and receiving logs
- Once approved, all materials are put away in storage in an organized manner
- Prepares and delivers ingredients and packaging to production based on the daily production schedule
- Regularly inspects ingredients for blatant quality issues (ripped bags, leaking drums, etc) and to ensure FIFO is being followed
- Manages production waste, and ensured timely pickups (drums, organic waste, pallets, cardboard, etc)
- Manages the cardboard recycling and solid waste program
- Maintains a clean and well organized warehouse, including coolers and freezer
- Performs basic forklift truck inspections and daily battery maintenance
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of ingredients/raw materials
- Implementing operational policies and procedures (examples: Icegen drum process, waste pick up process, etc)
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment (cannot use headphones or telephones on forklift)
- Held accountable for food safety and regulatory responsibilities related to this position by following Food Safety and Quality procedures.
- Understand the food safety risks related to scope of work within the manufacturing process.
- Be empowered to escalate food safety issues to leadership and resolve food safety issues within this scope of work.

**Hour Expectations for Role**
- Onsite: 7:00AM - 4:00PM

**Desired Skills**:
The Warehouse Coordinators will manage, stock, and prepare large amounts of inventory on a daily basis, which requires them to be detail-oriented professionals who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining safety standards. The following skills are important:

- **Communication** - Ability to interact with suppliers, customers and Greenhouse employees in an effective way that requires good communication skills
- **Basic Computer Knowledge** - Proven ability and experience with using computer based inventory systems and scanners.
- **Physical Ability** - Lift and move inventory, which requires muscular strength, can spend hours walking and standing in the course of their daily duties
- **Organization** - Must keep inventory well-stocked and sorted so that items are easy to find at all times, which requires good organization skills
- Forklift Licence - Valid licence
