- As a Change Manager in the NEW Change & Communications hub, you will work with leaders to shape and implement the change management agenda for an exciting initiative that's redefining ways of working for thousands of colleagues involved in planning, developing and delivering customer solutions.
- In this role, you will:

- Partner closely with change and communications professionals and leaders from segments and functions across TD to help them execute the overarching change strategy to support NEW
- Translate the strategy into actionable change tactics and roadmaps
- Develop robust standards and innovative best practices that can be leveraged and customized by segments, functions and partners to accelerate their transition to NEW and build long term sustainability
- Liaise with governance and control partners and Enterprise Change Management (ECM) to ensure NEW change standards and processes are aligned to relevant controls and frameworks
- Design, implement and iterate on change management tactics to problem solve and meet colleague needs identified through sentiment surveys, feedback loops and the continuous evolution of the NEW operating model
- Co-manage the NEW Change & Communications Coalition, engaging 100+ peers from across TD dedicated to supporting the planning, enablement/transition and maturity in the NEW operating model
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities; recommend and execute plans to mitigate risks or take advantage of opportunities to accelerate adoption and reinforce required NEW mindset and behaviour
- Communicate difficult concepts, converting information into compelling context and advice that resonates with audiences at all levels

- Undergraduate degree
- Relevant Change Management accreditations
- Seven (7) or more years of related experience, working in a project environment
- Advanced knowledge of change management principles, industry standards and methodologies, project management and organizational practices
- Ability to act as change management lead for cultural impact and high risk initiatives
- Knowledge of risk management environment and standards
- Ability to work through ambiguity independently and with agility
- Ability to negotiate and influence
- Ability to communicate clearly, confidently and effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, succeed in a team and work independently
- Ability to exercise good judgement in making decisions
- Ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with Agile methods and tools is an asset
