**What you will do**:
As a Partner, Talent and Culture, you will assume a consulting role with Valtech managers and employees. More specifically, you will propose practical, innovative solutions adapted to the HR needs of managers. You will actively participate in the development and deployment of organizational development projects, including employee experience, talent management and skills development.
- Accompany, support and guide managers in the various aspects of the daily management of their teams (performance management, talent management, labour relations, etc.);
- Collaborate with managers to create an innovative work environment;
- Promote employee mobilization and commitment through performance indicators and internal tools (Amélio);
- In collaboration with the Talent and Culture Partner, analyze the employee experience journey and identify avenues of improvement and propose innovative solutions that will optimize the employee experience at Valtech;
- Facilitate focus groups within the various departments to gather employee feedback;
- Facilitate a work environment that embodies Valtech's values and acts as a change agent to effectively support employee experience initiatives;
- Coordinate the annual performance evaluation process and 360 feedback campaigns;
- Ensure the maintenance of employee records via Talentsoft;
- Participate in the implementation of various Talentsoft modules (Talent Review, Compensation, Performance Management);
- Participate actively in Valtech's social life by proposing ideas and taking part in the organization of activities.

**What you should have**:

- Graduate in human resources management / industrial relations;
- Member of the CHRP order (an asset);
- Master's degree in organizational development (an asset);
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably in a small or medium-sized business or start-up;
- A skilled communicator in both French and English (an asset);
- Very comfortable working with the Google suite and have experience with an HRMIS;
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and has a high tolerance for ambiguity;
- Autonomous and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Very imaginative when it comes to talent and culture
- Organized and has a sense of project management;
- Able to identify problems, examine options and propose optimal solutions
- Results oriented and customer service oriented;
- Comfortable managing priorities and juggling multiple projects at the same time
