**What You Will Do**
CRAFT
- Identify manpower needs on our construction sites in your sector, in collaboration with the relevant superintendents.
- Using innovative methods, carry out the complete recruitment process in order to supply projects with CCQ manpower according to the required qualifications and requirements.
- In collaboration with superintendents and other site labor coordinators, facilitate and manage labor transfers between projects.
- Actively participate in training and development initiatives for the site workforce.
- Act as the main point of contact for CCQ workers outside their worksite.
STAFF
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with management and project teams to implement talent, culture and leadership strategies in support of business needs.
- Support managers in growing the business, managing and developing their teams.
- Work closely with all TCL business partners to ensure a strong service offering and to operationalize talent management policies, initiatives and processes.
- Establish a relationship of trust with managers and employees to improve the retention and development of our resources.
**This role could be for you if you have**
- A degree in human resources, industrial relations or other related discipline.
- 5 or more years' experience in human resources management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven ability to work in partnership with multiple managers, provide effective advice and meet challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships with team members.
- Sufficient mobility to travel occasionally to our various projects in Quebec.
- Knowledge of the construction industry (competency certificates, construction trades, collective agreements, etc.) is an important asset.
