As a Business Partner, Talent and Culture, you will provide direct support to managers and staff. You will be actively involved in challenging projects that will support the growth of the firm, all in a creative and dynamic environment.
**What you will accomplish with us**:
- Act as a point of contact and facilitator for all issues related to human resources management with the firm's managers and staff;
- Contribute to the firm's strategic files and collaborate on various projects and initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention (global compensation structure, external and internal equity, employer brand, succession development);
- Accompany and advise managers in order to develop their management methods;
- Carry out recruitment for all of its business units;
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues;
- Identify training and development needs, and work with both managers and the Talent and Culture team to implement skills development plans;
- Ensure the completion of HR processes such as annual increments, bonus management and performance and competency management;
- Participate in the development of and ensure adherence to various HR policies and processes;
- Ensure effective change management in a growth environment.
**Qualifications** What you’ll need**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or related field;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role;
- Membership in the CHRP designation is an asset;
- Fluency in English and French, both oral and written;
- Results-oriented approach and strong customer service skills;
- Strong leadership and an enhanced ability to communicate persuasively;
- Ability to identify business needs and translate them into action for the well-being of staff;
- A strong team spirit;
- Strong curiosity and creativity in finding solutions;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
