**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of wireless network performance management monitoring professionals.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive business transformation and process improvement, while fostering an agile and lean culture within the team.
- Introduce new tools and customer experience metrics to enhance the quality of our wireless network performance management monitoring services, while minimizing waste and maximizing value.
- Ensure that our wireless network services meet or exceed customer expectations, while continuously improving and adapting to changing needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to network performance management monitoring in an agile and collaborative manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity.
- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, while empowering them to continuously improve and innovate.

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wireless network performance management monitoring.
- Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering high-quality services, while continuously improving and adapting to changing needs.
- Strong technical knowledge of wireless network performance management monitoring tools, processes, and metrics.
- Knowledge of agile and lean principles and methodologies.
- Experience with business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
