**Position Overview**:
As the Coordinator, Fleet and Assets you will be responsible for organizing and directing the daily activities related to the servicing, maintenance and repair of vehicles, light and heavy trucks including equipment such as trailers, excavators, test equipment and PPE. This includes adherence to all applicable requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to all required regulations for all vehicles, equipment PPE (CVOR, COR etc.)
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment through our software tracking system.
- Ensure adherence to preventative maintenance program as well as MTO inspections requirements.
- Ensure operations comply with the requirements of occupational health and safety and environmental law, as well as the requirements under COR.
- Ensure that all test equipment is within specifications for usage in the field
- Work with the field to arrange for rental equipment as required
- Process warranty claims through dealer and follow up as required.
- Work with Management and Staff for the purchase of new and replacement equipment
- Participate in various meetings, committees as required.
- Monitor fleet expenses and create annual budget.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- The position requires working in an office environment and working on a construction site. The incumbent is required to have the physical abilities to traverse uneven ground, climb stairs and move in and around heavy equipment safely. The incumbent interacts with a variety of employees and customers at all levels within the organization.

- Post secondary education or certification in a related field.
- Two years work history in a related role
- Ontario Drivers License (required) AZ preferred
