**Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll and benefits administration, HST reporting
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledgers
- Government and regulatory filings and tax returns
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software, Netsuite
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify balances
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software, Netsuite or similiar
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Ability to perform account reconciliation accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
