**Kiwi Wrench Ltd. **is a fast growing heavy equipment repair company striving to provide a service that is unmatched in the construction industry. Providing honest solutions to reduce our customers equipment costs and down time.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review equipment work orders, assign parts to work orders and generate invoices.
- Track work orders to ensure they are closed out and invoiced.
- Interact with customers to ensure their needs are being met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Maintain internal inventory on consumables and generate price list on commonly used items.
- Manage purchasing for upcoming projects to ensure the technicians have their required parts on hand for the projects.
- Assist technicians with sourcing and purchasing parts.
- Develop a parts department that offers Aftermarket solutions to our customers.
- Track internal equipment maintenance records.

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman Parts person considered an asset but not required.
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a service advisor or parts person position.
- Proficient skills in basic computer programs, Word & Excel.
- Familiar with QuickBooks considered and asset but not required.
- Hold a clean class 5 drivers license and be willing to provide an abstract.
- Conduct yourself in a professional and safe manner that reflects the goals, expectations and image of Kiwi Wrench Ltd.
- Ability to work unsupervised and to work collaboratively with field staff.
