**The salary range for this position is**:
**Recruitment range: $61,154- $67,421** starting salary determined by the PEA Collective Agreement.

**Performance range: starting salary to max of $79,510** is available through annual performance increases.
- Job SummaryReporting to the Associate Director, Experiential Learning, the Experiential Learning Coordinator will coordinate, implement and assess experiential learning events, across undergraduate and masters programs as required. The experiential events are a part of the experiential learning initiative, which connects student learning inside and outside the classroom through curriculum-based programming. Examples of these activities can include (but are not limited to) student conferences, community service initiatives, presentations to industry and community partners, project-based learning, and team coaching on course deliverables.

The position is responsible for enhancing experiential learning initiatives at the School by implementing, and evaluating meaningful engagement of students, faculty members, and community partners. Major responsibilities include implementing experiential programming and events, such as Beyond Your BCom Conference, Community Volunteer Income Tax Clinic (CVITP), as well as identifying possible opportunities for activities within the curriculum in order to develop experiential learning events, inside and outside of the classroom. Other responsibilities including coordinating with the Undergraduate and Graduate programs on events such as Orientations, Workplace Skills Conference, and RBC Case Competitions. These events and programs will support the development of career-ready graduates by intentionally threading experiential learning, reflection, and Gustavson’s Pillars of Social Responsibility/Sustainability, Innovation, Integration, and Internationalization. The position will work with the Associate Director, Experiential Learning, to ensure student learning opportunities and activities are in line with experiential learning curriculum goals.
- Job RequirementsThis position requires a relevant undergraduate degree in Administration, Education, Event/Project Management or other appropriate discipline, plus minimum 3 years of related experience including:

- Event planning and project management
- Program management implementation and assessment
- Diverse work environment and sensitivity to a diverse stakeholder population
- Collaborative relationship building

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge requirements include:

- Experience in the design and delivery of in person and online events
- Project management best practices, particularly in managing numerous priorities and special events
- Connecting objectives and outcomes to program goals
- Budget management
- Excellent digital literacy, including the use of MS Office (particularly Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel), databases, and Zoom

- Previous experience in developing educational programs an asset
- Previous experience in a post-secondary environment an asset
