**Responsibilities**:
- Updating project budgets
- Creating invoices to customers
- Tracking outgoing payments and updating the appropriate reports
- Compiling and processing payroll semi monthly
- Various data entry tasks (ie. project bills, utilities, payroll, credit cards, etc.)
- Organize and maintain project documentation and information both physically and digitally
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week
**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
