**Voyago is hiring a Full Time Charter Specialist in Sudbury**:
**Your role**:

- You are a highly motivated individual who thrives on building and maintaining client relationships
- You will be responsible for booking all incoming charter requests
- You will be responsible for overseeing and generating reports.
- You will bid on new charters and help reshape one of our growing divisions
- You will have the opportunity to assist with special projects and be a key player in charter success
- You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and Marketing department to promote new Charter opportunities and provide innovative solutions for customer inquiries

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- You have extraordinary customer service skills
- You are both highly professional and engaging
- You can provide a clean criminal record search
- You have to ability to stay informed with local events and community gatherings in London and surrounding area
- You have exceptional time and stress management skills
- You possess solid communication skills
- You are proficient with computer and software skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel)
- You can easily navigate and engage on social media sites
- Your understanding of a transportation company is an asset
- You have geographic knowledge of surrounding area (London, Middlesex, Oxford, Elgin Counties)
- You are available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Start and end times can be negotiated)
