This role is hybrid and may involve infrequent travel to our mutual members and/or vendor partners.

**The Role**:

- Collaborate with internal resources and external vendors to resolve a range of issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Support the creation of user stories, test cases and acceptance criteria to meet business requirements to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes to increase productivity.
- Support the prioritization, tracking and monitoring and delivery of bug fixes, change requests and enhancements.
- Support the design of training programs, create documentation and user guides, and support the delivery of training to users of the business solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to define and drive business intelligence information requirements leading to insights which will drive performance and process improvements

**Success Factors**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in help desk, software support and/or administration of business solutions or other related experience.
- A post-secondary education and/or professional certification is required, preferably in a related field such as computer systems or software support.
- Experience with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills, a passion for finding creative solutions.
- Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in ongoing growth and development.
- Previous experience with business intelligence software such as Tableau considered an asset.
