PulseMedica is searching for a Program Manager, who will play a pivotal role in our multi-functional teams, working hand-in-hand with a dedicated Scrum Master, to orchestrate and synchronize projects that are at the forefront of our cutting-edge technology.

**The Opportunity**

**The person will be responsible for**:

- Formulating comprehensive project plans, ensuring resource allocation and availability, and delivering projects within defined timelines and scope.
- Align and sequence multiple projects with company’s product roadmap by closely collaborating with company’s leadership team
- Collaborating closely with company leadership to shape the organizational and operational structure to help realize various programs and projects.
- Comprehend overall business strategy and incorporate strategic goals into various projects within a program
- Collaborate closely with various technical, quality and clinical teams within the company to develop and deliver specific projects
- Outcome-driven definition of program scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Establishing the criteria and metrics for evaluating project success upon completion.
- Developing and maintaining program milestones, timelines, and reporting for grants and funding.
- Employing suitable validation techniques to manage and communicate changes in program scope, schedule, and costs.
- Assessing program performance using appropriate systems, tools, and methodologies.
- Conducting risk management to identify and mitigate potential program risks.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including program-level dashboards.
- Establishing a communication schedule to keep management, staff, and stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Regularly reviewing project work completed by our multi-functional teams to ensure it meets established quality standards.
- Ensuring project deliverables are on schedule, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
- Fostering a collective perspective towards a shared goal to enhance knowledge, communication, and awareness among teams and leadership.
- Facilitating collaboration and alignment among different teams to meet organizational objectives by sharing insights and goals.

**Basic Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in overseeing concurrent projects.
- Understanding of technical deliverables and documentation.
- Experience of project management toolsets (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, MS Office).
- PMP or Prince2 Certification.
- 3+ years of practical project management experience developed through hands-on collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Effective oral and written communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Highly Desired Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience working with medical device/health technology companies.
- Practical experience with the Agile Framework and the Software Development Life Cycle.

Duration: Full time Permanent (40 hours per week)

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience and qualifications

Location: Edmonton (preferred)
